All medical record requests are completed in the order in which they are received. The turnaround time for all requests is 4-6 weeks, as our records go in to great detail and they are all edited manually. A medical record summary will be provided to primary care physicians or any consulting doctor. Please give our office plenty of notification on when the appointment is scheduled. The turnaround time for a medical record summary is 2-4 weeks.  If you have had x-rays done in our office and would like the images burned on a disc, there is a $10 charge.
